We had Carol watch our lovable dog for three days recently when we went out of town. Carol and one of her amazing employees came to our house to meet with us and our dog before our trip. Both women were incredibly friendly and put us at ease immediately. They even got down on the ground and played with our dog to make sure he was comfortable with them. They went through a series of questions and were incredibly professional and prepared. We were given a confirmation for their services and were able to pay online (which was very convenient)!
During our trip, we received daily updates and pictures of our dog. Carol brought in our mail and packages as well! At first, we were nervous to leave our dog at home, but were SO comforted by Carol's attentive communication with us. We actually felt like our dog was being cared for by a family member!
Without a doubt, we will continue to use Carol AND strongly recommend her to anyone needing pet boarding/pet sitting or dog walking services. You will not be disappointed.
